The organizers of African Utility Week (AUW) and POWERGEN Africa, have announced a media partnership with the global news organization and broadcaster, CNN, in the run-up to the event that will hold between 14 and 16 May 2019, in Cape Town, South Africa.
In a release signed by the organization’s Senior Communications Manager, Annemarie Roodbol, the South African Minister of Energy, Honourable Jeff Radebe, will deliver the opening ministerial address at the event.
Accordingly, the 19th edition of the conference and exhibition will attract over 10,000 energy and water professionals.
Apart from the official United States country pavilion at African Utility Week and POWERGEN Africa showcasing specialized technology and services for the utility, metering, renewable, and water industries – country pavilions from Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, India and Poland have also confirmed their attendance at the 3-day event.
Also, leading utility companies including Conlog, Dromex, Landis+Gyr, Sumitomo and Utility Systems, Aberdare, ADC Energy, Sulzer and Toshiba have announced their readiness to support the award-winning conference and exhibition.
