Total opens 100 new outlets, pledges effective service delivery

The management of Total Nigeria Plc. says it has opened 100 new outlets nationwide in the last couple of years to serve customers better in line with its mission to give its clients the very best of service delivery.

The Managing Director, Mr. Phillipe Torres, who spoke at the weekend to round off the company’s Top Service Week in Lagos, noted that the Total’s network had grown in the last few years from 460 outlets to over 560.

According to him, “few years ago, we have 460 stations, but now, we have over 560 stations in Nigeria to satisfy our numerous customers.”

He added: “It is important that we establish our network to ensure that our customers are satisfied in line with the company’s objective.

“We engage our customer to know what they want and render them with the services and ensure that they are happy.”

Torres pledged that the organisation was poised to sustain service delivery to its clients, saying that was why it was in business in the first place.

The MD assured Nigerians that the firm would remain dominant in the nation’s downstream sector with better offerings and investments to jump start Nigeria’s economic revolution.
