Nigeria Mining Week marks 10th Anniversary with expanded industry forums and global focus

The 10th edition of Nigeria Mining Week (NMW), taking place from 13–15 October 2025 at the Abuja Continental Hotel, promises a landmark event for the nation’s mining industry with the introduction of dynamic new forums and international investor engagement.

Under the theme “Nigeria Mining: From Progress to Global Relevance”, this year’s conference and exhibition will feature focused sessions on gold, gemstones, steel, quarrying, and energy, alongside strategic gatherings such as the Kaduna State Deal Room and the Women in Extractive Industries Forum.

Hosted by the Ministry of Solid Mineral Development, and organised by the Miners Association of Nigeria, in collaboration with PwC Nigeria and VUKA Group, the event is set to attract over 2,300 industry professionals from more than 20 countries, with over 90 sponsors and exhibitors and 137+ expert speakers.

* Quarrying Forum – Focusing on innovation, sustainability, and infrastructure support.
