Nissan Africa honours Top-Performing Dealers at 2024 NIMA Ignition Awards

Pretoria – Nissan Africa has recognised its top-performing dealerships across sub-Saharan Africa at the 2024 Nissan NIMA Ignition Awards, celebrating excellence in customer service, product support, and operational performance.

Among the standout winners were Anciens Comptoirs Ries of Djibouti, awarded Small National Sales Company of the Year, Motus Zambia, recognised as the Medium National Sales Company of the Year, and Japan Motors in Ghana, honoured as the Large National Sales Company of the Year.

The Nissan NIMA Ignition Awards spotlight dealers that have gone above and beyond in delivering the brand’s promise of quality, innovation, and customer-centric service. These awards are distinct from those presented in Nissan North Africa and Nissan South Africa, specifically acknowledging achievements across other regions of the continent.

“Our extensive dealer network forms the backbone of our operations in all 54 African countries where Nissan is present,” said Jordi Vila, President of Nissan Africa. “They are the face of the brand, committed to delivering reliable, accessible, and innovative mobility solutions, wherever our customers are.”

Vila emphasized that these accolades reaffirm Nissan Africa’s long-term commitment to the continent, as it seeks continued growth supported by a robust dealer network and a versatile product range. This includes popular models such as the Nissan NAVARA, Nissan X-TRAIL, Nissan MAGNITE, and Nissan PATROL.
