The 10th Sub-Saharan Africa International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (SAIPEC) is set to celebrate a decade of energy progress and innovation when it convenes from 10–12 February 2026 at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos.
Hosted by the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN) in partnership with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), NNPC Ltd, the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), and AOS Orwell, SAIPEC has evolved into Africa’s foremost energy platform — uniting policymakers, operators, investors, and innovators from across the continent.
The landmark 10th edition promises to be the biggest and most dynamic yet, featuring an expanded technical programme, new in-country roundtables, a Local Content Pitching Session, and an Investment Forum highlighting emerging projects and financing opportunities. Over 150 exhibitors will showcase cutting-edge technologies, while 24 national oil companies from across Africa will be represented. The event will also feature the prestigious SAIPEC Awards and a 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner.
For the past decade, SAIPEC has played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, investment, and growth across Africa’s energy value chain.
Ahead of the main conference, the Local Content–AfCFTA Energy Summit, hosted by NCDMB on 9 February 2026, will examine strategies to enhance intra-African trade and promote sustainable local content development.
