A firm, Qoray Mobility & Energies Limited (QMEL), has unveiled a new line of high-performance, locally manufactured solar panels under its flagship brand, Imperium.
The move is said to be aimed at accelerating Nigeria’s renewable energy transformation.
The panels, available in 450W and 560W monocrystalline variants, are produced in Nigeria through partnerships with local manufacturers and certified by both the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) and TÜV, ensuring world-class safety and performance standards.
“The launch of our locally produced solar panel line under the Imperium brand marks a transformative moment for QMEL and, more broadly, for Nigeria’s energy future.
“By offering high-quality, domestically manufactured panels coupled with inclusive financing options, we are actively dismantling the economic barriers to solar adoption,” said Head of Business Development for QMEL’s Energies Division, Kelly Aigbedion, in a statement on Thursday.
To support broader access, QMEL is introducing flexible financing options, including deferred payment plans for end users and inventory financing for distributors, allowing more Nigerians to switch to clean energy without heavy upfront costs.
The new Imperium solar panels, built with advanced monocrystalline cells, offer superior energy efficiency and long-term reliability.
To ensure accessibility, QMEL provides a range of financing options tailored to homeowners, SMEs, and distributors.
Customers also benefit from a strong product warranty and dedicated after-sales service for added peace of mind.
The initiative targets real estate developers, SMEs, and salaried workers to expand access to clean, affordable energy nationwide.
