ABUJA – More than 2,000 foreign investors are expected to converge on Abuja in November for Nigeria NOW! 2026, a major investment and economic development forum aimed at promoting opportunities in Nigeria’s energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.
The two-day event, organised by EnergyNet in partnership with the Federal Government, will hold from November 19 to 20, 2026, at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre, Abuja, under the theme: “United Nigeria, New Horizons, One Investment Destination.”

According to the organisers, the forum is designed to bring together government and business leaders, international investors, financiers, developers and global industry stakeholders to explore investment opportunities and partnerships in Nigeria.
The organisers said the event would focus on how recent policy reforms and efforts to improve Nigeria’s investment environment could be leveraged to attract greater foreign capital into strategic sectors of the economy.
They described Nigeria as one of the world's major infrastructure investment opportunities, stressing that developments in the global energy market had further underscored the country’s strategic importance as an energy and investment partner.
The forum is expected to feature focused investor boardrooms and high-level discussions aimed at connecting potential investors with government officials and Nigerian businesses while examining opportunities across energy, infrastructure and mining.
EnergyNet Managing Director, Simon Gosling said the event was being developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Solid Minerals Development as a flagship platform for promoting Nigeria’s economic development and investment potential.
The organisers also announced that the Youth Energy Summit, YES! Nigeria, would take place on November 20 as part of the programme.
YES! Nigeria will be organised with the Youth Sustainable Development Network (YSDN) as Community Partner and the University of Abuja Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Students as Supporting Partner.
The youth-focused summit will seek to expose young Nigerians to emerging opportunities in the energy and industrial sectors, while highlighting the role of industries, investors and institutions in shaping the country’s industrial future.
The organisers said the initiative would also provide young people with information on opportunities emerging from Nigeria’s drive towards industrialisation and economic diversification.
Nigeria NOW! 2026 is expected to provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss practical investment opportunities and strengthen partnerships capable of translating Nigeria’s economic potential into actual projects, jobs and industrial development.
